This website is operated by Toys4You22. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Toys4You22.

By using this website or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy, Returns and Refunds Policy and Shipping Policy.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

2. Our products

We sell genuine LEGO products.

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices and availability are accurate. Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen or device.

We may amend product descriptions, availability or prices where necessary and may withdraw products from sale without notice.

3. Placing an order

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the goods shown in your order.

After you place an order, you will receive an electronic acknowledgement. Acceptance of your order takes place when we confirm that the order has been accepted or dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a genuine pricing error, stock error, payment problem, suspected fraud or other reasonable reason preventing us from fulfilling the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund.

4. Prices and VAT

All prices shown on this website are in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT where applicable.

Standard UK delivery is included in the advertised product price unless expressly stated otherwise.

The total amount payable will be shown before you complete checkout.

We may change prices at any time, but this will not affect an order already accepted by us.

5. Preorders

Certain products may be offered for preorder before their official release date.

Preorder listings will clearly state that the product is a preorder and will include the expected release or dispatch date where known.

Release dates are determined by manufacturers or suppliers and may occasionally change. If a preorder release date changes materially, we will provide updated information as soon as reasonably possible.

Customers may cancel a preorder before dispatch in accordance with our Returns and Refunds Policy.

6. Payment

Payment is taken securely through the payment methods shown at checkout.

You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

We do not store your complete card details.

7. Delivery

We currently deliver only to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Standard UK delivery is free.

Delivery and dispatch information is set out in our Shipping Policy and, where relevant, on the individual product page.

We remain responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you or to a person identified by you to receive them.

Delays caused by events genuinely outside our reasonable control may occasionally occur. Where this happens, we will take reasonable steps to keep you informed.

8. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Your rights to cancel an order, return goods and obtain a refund are explained in our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your rights where goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or not fit for purpose.

9. Product availability and errors

Occasionally information on the website may contain an error relating to a product description, price, availability or other detail.

We may correct genuine errors when identified. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you and, where appropriate, offer you the choice of proceeding on the corrected basis or receiving a full refund.

LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group. Toys4You22 is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by the LEGO Group unless expressly stated otherwise.

This website may contain links to third-party websites, including our stores or listings on external marketplaces.

We are not responsible for the content, availability or policies of third-party websites. Purchases made through another marketplace are subject to that marketplace’s applicable terms and policies.

12. Shopify

Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to sell our products to you.

Purchases made through this website are made directly with Toys4You22, not Shopify.

13. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses suffered by a consumer purchasing goods for personal use.

Shopify and other service providers may process personal information where necessary to provide payment, hosting, order-processing and related services.
