Shipping Policy

UK delivery only

Toys4You22 currently delivers to England, Scotland and Wales only. We do not currently ship to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man.

We do not currently offer international delivery through this website.

Delivery cost

Standard delivery is FREE on all orders.

Delivery costs are included within our product prices, so no additional postage charge will be added at checkout.

Dispatch

In-stock orders will normally be dispatched as soon as reasonably possible after payment has been confirmed.

Orders are sent using an appropriate UK postal or courier service. Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided with your dispatch notification.

Delivery times shown or quoted are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Preorders

Products offered for preorder will be clearly identified as PREORDER and will show the expected release or dispatch date where known.

Manufacturer release dates can occasionally change. If we become aware of a material change to the expected release or dispatch date, we will update the relevant information and, where appropriate, notify customers with outstanding preorders.

Preorder customers may cancel before dispatch in accordance with our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Orders containing both preorder and in-stock items will be dispatched together.

If you purchase an in-stock item in the same order as a preorder item, the in-stock item will be held and the complete order will be dispatched once the preorder item is available.

If you would like an in-stock item to be dispatched immediately, please place it as a separate order from any preorder products.

Delivery address

Please ensure that the delivery address entered at checkout is complete and correct.

If you notice an error in your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered the dispatch process.

Missing or delayed orders

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time after dispatch, please contact us at shopezuk@gmail.com and we will investigate.

We remain responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you or to a person you have identified to receive them.
